You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mdplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mdplay platform without prior written consent from mdplay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mdplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
mdplay's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mdplay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mdplay's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
